PBEL was started with a vision of being a professional and responsible corporate in the Real Estate Industry. They approached us at a time when Hyderabad’s real estate market had slowed down and sales were slacking. Our journey with them has been to transform their culture and marketing practices to meet their goals profitably in challenging market conditions.

 

about PBEL


PBEL Property Development is a joint venture between 2 Fortune 500 companies and an Indian partner. They are building a brand of large format residential townships called PBEL City.

They have delivered one phase of a PBEL City Hyderabad while another phase is due for delivery in end of 2013. PBEL City Chennai has also been launched whose first phase is due for delivery early 2015.

outcomes


  1. PBEL has experienced an overall sales turnaround and just had it’s best sales year in 2012-13. Sales almost doubled from the previous year.

  2. deepredink helped to bring in new customer-centric policies and a new generation of people, leading to a transformation of the company’s culture.

  3. Becoming more people-centric has resulted in referral sales increasing from a small fraction of overall sales to about 25% of sales.
