Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital deliverables according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Essential attributes, experience, and abilities

  • Communication and Marketing – have good communication skills and a basic understanding of online marketing
  • Leadership –have proven leadership and team-building skills Client relationships – have an aptitude and interest in developing professional relationships. Preferable to have experience in client servicing
  • Learning and knowledge sharing – have strong research skills with innate curiosity and passion for learning
  • Project Management – have an eye for detail and quality and commitment to deadlines
